Cancel an order inside its 15-minute setup window and the full amount you paid goes onto your account as credit. No form, no support ticket.
How the credit works:
- It applies by itself to your next invoice, whether that's a new order or a renewal on something you already have.
- Nothing to redeem. There's no code to enter.
- You can always see it. Your balance sits in Settings, under Billing, and shows on your dashboard whenever it's above zero.
- We email you as soon as it's added, so you're not left wondering.
Worth being straight about: this is credit on your account rather than money back on your card. It covers everything you paid on the cancelled order and it doesn't expire.
The one case it won't happen automatically is if domains were already registered before you cancelled. Then it needs a person to look at what you actually got, and we'll come back to you rather than guess.
