New domains are provisioned on dedicated, isolated nameservers โ protection against shared-infrastructure blacklisting. Free domain masking is rolling out over the next two weeks.
We rebuilt how your sending domains get their DNS. Every new domain ordered through Inbox Insiders now launches on its own set of private nameservers, isolated per order on enterprise AWS infrastructure.
Why it matters: blocklists don't just look at what you send โ they cluster domains that share infrastructure. When thousands of senders sit behind the same nameservers, one bad actor can drag everyone onto a blacklist before you've sent a single email. With per-order isolation, your domains stand alone โ other senders' reputation can't ride along on your infrastructure.
What you need to do: nothing. It's automatic on every new order, at no extra cost. Easy Mode ordering is back online with this protection built in.
Already have domains with us? Your existing mailboxes keep running exactly as they are โ nothing changes today. And in the coming weeks we're rolling out free, easy domain replacement for existing orders, so you can move onto fresh domains with private nameservers at no cost. We shipped protection for new domains first to get it live as fast as possible; existing orders are next.
Coming next: free domain masking. Over the next two weeks we're rolling out domain masking for all domains purchased through us โ your cold email domains cleanly point to your main site without exposing a shared footprint. Included free.
