Standard pricing is $3.50 per mailbox. From 100 active mailboxes that comes down on every mailbox you have with us. Your new order gets the lower rate at checkout, and we move the mailboxes you were already running to it from their next renewal.

Both send 30 emails/day per mailbox and need one domain per three mailboxes.

Microsoft sends 5 emails/day per mailbox. It is the cheapest way to add raw seat count, with less headroom per seat.

No annual contract, no minimum term, no seat commitment. Pause, scale, or cancel any time. The rate just follows what you actually run.
Volume, not marginal
Cross a threshold and every mailbox on the account reprices, not just the ones above the line. Your 100th mailbox drops the price of the first 99 too.
Account-wide
We count every active mailbox you run with us, agency subaccounts included. You qualify on your whole book, not one order at a time.
The order you're placing counts
Order 250 mailboxes and you're quoted the 250 rate at checkout, not the rate for the handful you had a minute earlier.
Existing mailboxes move at renewal
The order that crosses the line is charged the new rate at checkout. We move the mailboxes you were already running to it from their next renewal, and your billing portal keeps showing the old price until that date.
A drop never raises your bill mid-cycle
Scale down and the better rate holds until your next renewal. Pausing part of your fleet can't spike the price of what's left.
Google and Microsoft qualify separately
Google and Premium SMTP pool together on mailbox count. Microsoft qualifies on the number of domains you run, because that's how it's billed and how we're charged.
Two things worth knowing.
Setup fees
Setup is a one-time $3 per mailbox on Google and Premium SMTP, and $10 per domain on Microsoft. Agency accounts and Insiders members don’t pay it on any order, Microsoft included. Separately, Full Control orders on a registrar without an API carry $5 per domain, because we set those nameservers by hand.
Who gets volume rates
Volume pricing unlocks on an agency account or an active Insiders membership. If you’re running the volume and on neither, tell us. That’s a conversation, not a form.
